A conventional resume gets updated only when it becomes necessary. A living resume should update whenever the work changes shape.

That changes the tone:

• less retrospective packaging
• more current direction
• clearer links between active work and accumulated experience

The page should still stay quiet. It is supporting context, not the center of gravity.
